| System | Candidate must have a recognized First Class degree in B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engineering) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology. Alternatively, candidates with any recognized First Class degree along with an MCA (Master of Computer Applications) are also eligible. |
| Electronics & Communication | Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engineering) degree in the relevant branch of Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks. For SC/ST candidates, a minimum of 55% marks is required. |
| Geology | Candidates must have an M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Geology, Applied Geology, Geophysics, or Applied Geophysics with a minimum of 60% marks. For SC/ST candidates, a minimum of 55% marks is required. |
| Industrial Engineering | Candidates must have a degree in the relevant branch of Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks. For SC/ST candidates, a minimum of 55% marks is required. |
| Rajbhasha (Hindi) | Candidates must have an M.A. in Hindi with a minimum of 60% marks, along with graduation having Hindi and English as main subjects with at least 50% marks. For SC/ST candidates, a minimum of 55% marks is required. |
| Company Secretary | Candidates must be graduates in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute and must have acquired the Company Secretary (CS) qualification with Associate or Fellow membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in a listed company. |
