RRC NCR Prayagraj Apprentice	· Candidates must have a Passed 10th Class (High School) with 50% marks and ITI Certificate in relevant Trade.

How To Fill RRC NCR Prayagraj Apprentice Online Form 2026

1.Account Setup & Validation:Phase 1.

Visit the verified gateway at rrcpryj.org or head straight to the form server at examerp.com. Press "New Registration". Input your active mobile number, personal email ID, and full name. Check your phone/email for the system-generated login credentials.

2.Academic Data Logging:Phase 2.

Go back to the homepage and select "Applicant Login" using your new password. Input your Class 10/Matriculation details (ensure your aggregate score satisfies the minimum 50% limit). Next, log your ITI qualification markers, including your specific trade name and your council type (NCVT or SCVT).

3.Division Preferences Selection:Phase 3.

The dashboard will prompt you to sort your geographical choices. Drag or list the regional training setups (such as the Prayagraj, Jhansi, or Agra structural divisions) in your exact order of professional preference.

4.Digital Media & Document Syncing:Phase 4.

Upload a clean, high-contrast passport-size photograph along with your signature executed on white paper. Attach scanned sheets (PDF format) of your 10th mark sheet, ITI certificate, and an age proof document.

Note: If you are applying under the OBC category, you must upload a Central Government format caste certificate carrying a Non-Creamy Layer clause issued on or after April 01, 2026.

5.Fee Processing & System Lockdown:Phase 5.

Open the preview grid to double-check your spelling and data entries, as modifications are blocked after this stage. Male candidates belonging to the General, EWS, or OBC brackets must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹100/- via online channels. SC, ST, PwBD, and all female applicants skip this step as they are fully exempted. Lock your application and download the physical confirmation receipt sheet.
